Details

mtDNA-Server provides a free service for the analysis of human mitochondrial DNA data, currently focusing on reliable identification of heteroplasmy (>= 1%) and contamination. mtDNA-Server can be executed without any user login. We also provide post-processing guidelines that should be applied after each automated analysis. http://mtdna-server.uibk.ac.at/

Installation

Command Line

cloudgene install seppinho/mtdna-server-workflow@v1.1.3

GUI

Login to Clougene and open the Admin Panel
Click on Applications / Install App from GitHub
The installation dialog appears. Please enter the following information:
```
seppinho/mtdna-server-workflow@v1.1.3
```
A confirmation dialog appears and you can change permissions for the application
